Profit on a funded seat is yours to claim any time the seat is flat, and you choose the amount: up to what the seat holds above the capital loaded into it, less the equity your level requires it to keep. You sign, the chain pays: no waiting period, no payout window, no approval step, and nothing for us to withhold. The vault program splits it in the same transaction, 90% to you, 10% to Fortell, and the seat keeps whatever you did not claim and goes on trading.

Profit you have not claimed stays as equity in the seat and is at risk like any trading account. A seat that runs up $200 and then gives back $125 has $75 of claimable profit, not $200. That $75 is the gross the split runs on, so claiming it pays $67.50 to you and $7.50 to Fortell.
